Item measures appr. 7" x 10" and is in GOOD TO FAIR CONDITION; covers and all pages are complete but both covers and several back pages have separated. Other flaws include; moderate to heavy cover wear, with edge tearing, paper loss, brittleness, and blue stains; and edge tearing, brittleness, and staining on several pages.
