This is a Vintage AC Air Filter in its original box tventidk1989sweetventidk1989sweetvIt is all New ‘NOS’, and was made in the USA!  They have been out of production for many years and are harder and harder to locate. This ‘NOS’ air cleaner has the vintage printing: ‘PROTECT YOUR ENGINE-REPLACE WITH AC TYPE A226CW’ (see the photos)

Dimensions Approx.

Height 3.75”     ID 11.50”    OD 13.750"  

(ID + OD vary slightly as these tend to go out of round in storage. However once installed in the air filter hardware they resume their intended dimensions.)

Always check your specification manuals to confirm the A226CW is correct for your engine. Buyer must rely upon their own research to confirm this part is correct for your model.

The box, which houses the Air Filter, shows typical or various signs of shelf wear, natural aging, factory production / handling marks. The Air filter paper element has yellowed just a little; as it is a paper product. But far less than other old filters that I have owned.
