Select your preferred cooling capacity and make this your go to home air conditioner system. At Ometa, we pride ourselves in making good quality products all customers can enjoy. That is why our air conditioner comes with 2 free window kit types for the exhaust hose, so that no matter your window style, you can use the Ometa Air. The Ometa Air can regulate your home conditions using the different modes: heating, cooling, dehumidifying, fan. Create the perfect conditions for your home whether it is warm Summer weather, or cold Winter weather. Operate the air conditioning system using the digital display, remote or via the compatible app 'Smart Life'. Finished with high quality castor wheels, you can easily glide your air conditioner around the home with ease.
FUNCTIONALITY
Our Ometa Air air conditioners have differing cooling capacities to suit all needs. Select between 7000BTU, 10000BTU. BTU means British Thermal Unit. The larger the BTU the more powerful your air conditioner unit is. Please see our product dimensions for more information regarding heating capacity, air flow capacity, and recommended room size for each model.
Using the Ometa Air could not be easier with various modes such as cooling mode and heating mode. Switch between the various modes with a click of a button using the digital display, remote control or the 'Smart Life' app. This air conditioner is also Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant compatible, which means you can operate the AC unit with your voice! There is a 24 hour timer setting on your Ometa Air conditioner where you can amend how long your air conditioner unit is on for.
Air conditioners must be installed to a window to ensure appropriate air flow and moisture drainage. We have created the Ometa Air with 2 types window exhaust hose fittings to suit all window types. Use the assembly guide (section 4.3) provided to help you choose which window kit suits your home best.
The air conditioner has an air filter that will help collect dust in the air. Dust will built up and the filter and restrict the airflow. We recommend you remove and clean the air filter every two weeks using a vacuum cleaner, then rinsing under a running tap.
MODES
The Ometa Air conditioner has been designed with various modes.
Cooling mode will lower the temperature in your room. Press the up and down buttons to adjust to your desired temperature. This can be set between 16°C and 32°C. In this mode you can also adjust the fan speed mode and control the air flow direction using the louvre. The air conditioner will stop automatically if the room temperature is lower than the selected temperature.
Heating mode will amend the temperature of the room by press the up and down buttons. You can also select the desired fan speed in this mode. Please note that the drainage hose should be attached to the unit for continuous operating.
Ventilation/Fan mode will help improve the ventilation with the fan speed. The room air will be circulated but not cooled down.
Drying mode enables you to reduce the humidity and moisture in a room.
Sleep mode can be activated when in both cooling mode or heating mode. It will adjust the temperature in the room gradually based on the selected mode.

Standard air conditioners or fans only focus on the keeping you and your home cool when it is warm outside. However, our Ometa Air conditioner has a unique function where you can also use this in the colder months by increasing the temperature!
A portable air conditioner is in our opinion better than a hard wired air conditioner. Not only can hard wired units be an eye sore, but you can move your portable air conditioner around the home where it is needed most.
This AC unit is Smart Life App compatible for ease of usage. You can also set it up so you can operate your AC unit using your Amazon Alexa or Google Assist device.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Our Ometa Air air conditioners are shipped using a next day policy from our despatch team. However, due to courier delays and COVID restrictions, your delivery can take a little bit longer to get to you. Please allow for between 3-5 working days. Please note that we use third party couriers.
PAYMENT
Paypal is our preferred method of payment. However, we also accept credit cards, postal orders and bank transfers in which case delivery is subject to clearance of payment
WARRANTY

SHIPPING
Most of our goods are shipped on a next working day service. Order before 1pm for a next working day delivery. Free delivery only applies to mainland England, Wales and part of Scotland. There are surcharges for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, some AB Post codes and other islands please contact us for more information. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 7am to 7pm and they do not call before delivery. They will also only deliver to the main door of the building and won't take goods upstairs or into lifts. Please note that if you are not in then the courier may attempt to leave it with a neighbour. Your property will be carded or you will be sent an e-card via email.
Please check this, otherwise contact us and we will assist you. Items are processed within 24 hours and dispatched on a next working day service via national couriers. However unexpected delays are possible so please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. Larger items will go on a standard delivery service, usually a 2 man delivery, and will take 3-5 working days for delivery. Other than by reason of our negligence or breach of contract, we will not be liable for delays in transit, and reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location
RETURNS
Should you have any issues with a product you have received from us please contact us as soon as possible, we will be happy to help with any issue. Please know that returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 14 day period. All returned items require a return reference number, without which goods cannot be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty. Please note any collections organised for returns by ourselves will be booked on an all day collections service. We can not guarantee a specific time for the collections, we require someone be home to release the returns goods to the courier. An item can be deemed faulty if it exhibits a pre-existing defect or are inherently defective when received.
Returns must be received in the original packaging and condition; we request that the original packaging is retained, should the original packaging be damaged on arrival this must be recorded on the delivery documents. We will not be liable for damage not recorded at the point of delivery; goods should be checked prior to a signature being given. When goods are documented as being delivered in good condition we only accept liability for damage which arises as a result of our negligence we will not be liable for any damage which is the result of normal wear and tear. All our goods are provided with a full years manufacturing warranty, with the correct care and maintenance we would expect our products to last for as long as you require and enjoy them and we trust that you are satisfied throughout the life of the product.
