1” Ampex video tape on aluminum reel. It does appear that it may have a recording on it but I don’t have a machine to try it on so I can’t be sure if it has content on it. It is marked with grease pencil on the reel and box with the number 1. It came from a TV studio. Tape and box appear to be in good used condition.
