Layered skater/pixie/tutu skirt! White, off white and cream knit skirt. The bottom layer is a knit material with ruffle/mummy fringe overlay. Stretchy white waistband. Can also be worn as a tube top! Great for raves, festivals, halloween, mummy/ghost/mermaid/sea costumes and more! I also make matching gloves and leg warmers!

Wear this over your leggings, boy shorts, bikinis or other skirts.
