Excellent Condition...shows very little to no signs of use!  Tested and works perfectly!  I just installed a new battery though I'm not sure how old it was or how long it will last, so it is not guaranteed!  Please see pics!

Measures about 6" wide, 3-1/4" tall, and almost 1-1/2" deep.
