A delightful antique Meissen harbor scene with rare yellow border and fish net porcelain plate. The plate is 8 1/4 inches in diameter. The bottom is marked with Meissen under glazed blue cross swords (c.1814-c.1860) and impressed numbers. The plate is in excellent condition with no problem to report.
