Technical tasks of this product:

. STAND: The high-quality EGI iron plate is laser-processed. Powder coating work was carried out in a factory equipped with clean, top-notch facilities. Painted in gun metal medium black. The color is very natural and luxurious. After that, heat treatment was performed. Painted parts are not easily damaged. Also, the color does not change even after many years.

. Parts: Parts of the same standard as the original were used. And re-plated for high quality. Due to this operation all parts are very clean and high quality (screws, washers, nuts). In addition, a terminal block is installed for user convenience (MADE IN U.S.A.). Finally, in order to enhance this product, the original logo was attached (this logo was purchased from a used product on the market and restored to look like new). Very nice. However, this logo is limited in quantity. This logo will be excluded from sale parts if we are not able to purchase it in the market.

There are two versions of this product: One thing is that the assembly screws and nuts are black plated (currently advertised product). The other one is chrome silver plated. The EBAY ITEM number for the silver chrome plated product is EBAY-ID-256222412263. Therefore, you can choose between the two products.

We have supervised every production process of this product very closely. All defective products generated during each work process were discarded. That's why there are no defective products on sale. If there are any defects, they will be very small (example: very small scratches, nicks, stains, etc.).

As shown in the picture, this product can be used with JBL 2402 (or 2405, 2403, 075, 077) tweeters. All parts (hole size, distance between holes, etc.) are exactly the same as the original. Also, high-quality EGI 3.0T (0.118”T) was used.
