Dark brown / black wig with layers. I THINK it's the wig from Seventies Sweet Ellowyne Wilde. (Stock picture included for comparison.)

Size 6-7 wig. Modeled on an Evangeline Ghastly, also fits Ellowyne Wilde and similar dolls.
