We are here to help, so if you have
any questions or concerns send us a message and we will usually respond within
24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our business hours are 8AM EST - 4PM EST, Monday - Friday. Any offers made
on items outside of our normal business hours may be responded to on the next
business day. Offers made after 4pm EST on Friday will expire before we are
able to view them.

If you receive and wish to return an
item for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us
to resolve the issue. Failure to contact us within this 30-day period will
result in your return request being denied. This correlates to eBay?s ?Money
Back Guarantee policy?.

Before you return a product, please
make sure that the product has all of its parts & accessories and include
the original packing slip for faster refunds. Buyer must pay return shipping
for all returns, unless a working item, advertised as such, arrives
non-functional, damaged or not as described.

If you return an item in any
condition than what you received the item in, such as damaged, missing
parts/accessories, etc. we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your
refund equal to the items decrease in value. This correlates with eBay?s
?Condition of returned items policy?. By buying one of our items, you as a buyer
automatically agree to this policy.
o The above does not represent our policy on returning an item
that was damaged in shipping, or not as described. If you return an item for
one of these reasons you will receive a full refund after the item is returned
and inspected. We may ask for proof of damage, clarification, etc. regarding
these cases before accepting a return.

If you receive an item that is
damaged and/or in damaged packaging, please notify us immediately for
assistance. Please understand that opening cases in eBay without allowing us to
correct any issue hurts our seller rating, which is something that we take
pride in!

We only accept PayPal as a payment
method. We do not allow split payments or any other payment methods.
