If you feel the product has not matched the description or if there is a manufacturing defect you can return your product back to us. We request you to return the product in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase. We will pay for the return shipping.

For all our Mobile Phone listings we have mentioned the network bandwidth in the descriptions so please check the coverage with your network provider before placing the order. If you require sample IMEI numbers to check with your carrier please contact us. If an item has been opened and /or used, a minimum 20% restocking fee may apply and buyer will need to pay for shipping the product back to us.

If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees or carrier charges, and the package ends up being returned back to us, we will charge the buyer for any customs fees, plus shipping and handling costs incurred, i.e. buyer will be partially refunded. 

If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package gets lost or held by customs, no refund will be issued. We do not issue a refund until the package is delivered back to us and inspected.
