Vintage, original photo featuring a chaotic scene; the interior of a building that looks like an explosion took place, c. 1940s - 50s. I don't know what exactly went on. The photo was for the Peoria Star, photo by Ralph R. Winn. Someone wrote, "Labor trouble...news, non-metropolitan" on the back. A heavyset lady in overalls holds a large double-barrel gun (either a rifle or shotgun), appearing to be on the lookout for any troublemakers. A second person appears to be cleaning up the mess on the ground. 

Photo measures approximately 8" x 9.25". It has numerous creases and a folded corner. The yellow-looking edge in my photo is due to shadows. It's not yellowed.
