To order, please leave your personalisation details in the box provided making sure to leave all the requirements including:

1. Font choice (please choose from our selection)

2. Thread Colour

3. Personalised (12 character limit)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

*Due to the style, size and fabric of the product, we can only embroider up to 12 characters.

*Please note that if you have chosen a font that is not from our fonts collection, we will choose one that is the most similar to yours*

*If you have any specific placements or other special instructions, please let us know before placing your order to make sure we can do it.

*We also offer this type of item with custom/personalised embroidery or without personalisation.

Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised items

If you need to cancel an order please contact us via ebay messages before the item is dispatched.

Delivery

All of our items are delivered by Royal Mail or Couriers. We will only ship to confirmed addresses on Ebay.

After payment is received items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. We can not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as it depends on Royal Mail or the courier.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item you will need to contact us within seven days of receiving it. Please note that the item must be unused and in original packaging. The buyer will also be responsible for the return postage cost. Should a returned item be opened or used we reserve the right to withhold part or all of your refund based on the condition of the returned item and it's packaging.

If the item received was faulty/ damaged. Please contact us within seven days of receiving it. We will offer a solution to the problem.
