Super cute Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Halloween garden flag. There are no rips or holes that I can see. Along the top edge, there is a very small water stain from previous use, as shown. It is not immediately noticeable. This flag has a pink background and features Tigger dressed as Pooh and Pooh dressed as Tigger. Very sweet flag for the upcoming spooky season!
