Duties:
Customers are responsible for all import duties, import handling fees, taxes and Customs fees. Kindly please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.
Product Returns:
All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, warranty, user manual, accessories, cases, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damages. Include the original Order Invoice with the returned products.
Shipping Return:
Products returned after (14) working days from the delivered date will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damages. Cost of shipping for returns will be borne by you.
