WHO WE AREIt all began in 2005 when the passion for our bikes and the desire to make them unique led us to buy accessories and spare parts directly from overseas. In fact, our market offered little choice and above all uninteresting pieces. So we began to understand that it would have been nice to be able to offer Italian bikers the choice that American and German catalogs usually had. We got involved, we decided that we wanted to make our passion work. On the other hand, we had always been fascinated by ideas born almost for fun, just like Harley Davidson in 1902 in Milwaukee when William Harley and Arthur Davidson build a running prototype of a motorized bicycle in the garage of Davidson's home. WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCEItems purchased on Manetta Brothers are guaranteed as per the manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee is European and will apply to products that present conformity defects and/or malfunctions that cannot be detected at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e. in compliance with its intended purpose and with the provisions in the any technical documentation, respecting the various operating standards indicated. However, the aforementioned guarantee will not be applicable in the event of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, connection of what has been purchased to electrical systems or any other type of non-compliant connection. The guarantee is personal and will therefore only apply to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for traders, resellers, etc. In any case, the "1st Year Manufacturer Warranty" will cease, as well as due to the natural expiration of the period of duration, also in any case of sale to third parties of what has been purchased by the Customer or in the event of its destruction. Some manufacturers do not offer a guarantee; in this case, Manetta Brothers will therefore not carry out the repairs directly on the defective products. Resellers and companies that purchase with a VAT number are offered a 12-month guarantee which expires when the product is resold. You must keep the receipt or invoice to be able to enforce the guarantee. The receipt / invoice must be shown to the assistance center in the event of breakdowns covered by the guarantee. |
