This is Kenwood’s answer to the popular Thorens TD124 turntable.

It is belt and idler driven like the Thorens TD124.

It is factory configured for 115 Vac 60Hz operation.

The pictured headshell is for illustrative purposes only and is not included.

It was recently serviced and everything works and sounds great!

This is from a completed auction of an identical auction and I feel it describes this unit well:
Turntable works absolutely silent, no noise from the motor or rumble from the idler wheel.
This model has very heavy around 7 lbs cast platter and huge hysteresis synchronous motor for stable speed operation. How you can see the idler wheel is very big and the rubber still very soft without flat spots on working surface. Turntable can operate on both frequencies -50/60Hz , that can be done just by changing the idler wheel position on the pulley size ( you would need only unscrew one screw for changing idler wheel position ). This model has very similar design to Thorens 124 and has bigger and more quality motor.
