These are New Handmade
Boutique Tissue Box Covers.
Some of them have Ribbon,
as you can see in their picture.
But most have Elastic without Ribbon.
The first couple or times placing
the cover onto the tissue box
will be very tight.
But the fabric does give after
a couple of changes.
The Boutique Tissue Box Covers
are Machine Washable.
It is best to let them air dry
and you can use a low heat iron setting.
After making the Boutique Tissue Box Covers
I placed them in a plastic bag to keep them clean.
I removed them for pictures and
that is why the pictures show
the fabric wrinkled on each one.
