I had to do research on this one. The piece is immaculate with no chips or cracks. The jug is a lovely green with tiny brown specks. The lettering an banding is brown. It has its original cork and is stamped.

History:

Alan Frewin (1935-2016) was a potter who produced slip decorated earthenware. He trained at Briglin Pottery in London in the mid-1960s.

The artists son reached out to me and clarified that this is a piece of Alan Frewins studio pottery made in the early 1960’s.
