What's Nigari?
Nigari is the mineral-rich residual liquid that remains after salt is extracted from seawater.It contains sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, calcium sulfate, potassium chloride, and magnesium bromide.
It is used to coagulate soy protein to make Tofu.

This Nigari is made from clean seawater of Seto Inland Sea in Japan.Easy to use Liquid type!
How to make Oboro Tofu
- Add this Nigari 2 ml (about 1%) to soy milk 200 ml and stir slowly so as not to foam.
- After heating it to 75 ~ 80 ℃ (Do not boil), turn off the fire and wait (about 10 min) until it solidifies at room temperature.
*12 drops is about 1ml.
*Please use soy milk (Solid component 12% or more recommended) that can make tofu.

- This product can be stored at room temperature even after opening.
- This is a undiluted liquid. For drinking as a minerals drink, Dilute with water etc. to drink. Do NOT drink undiluted.
