This Nigari is made from clean seawater of Seto Inland Sea in Japan. Easy to use Liquid type!
How to make Oboro Tofu
Add this Nigari 2 ml (about 1%) to soy milk 200 ml and stir slowly so as not to foam.
After heating it to 75 ~ 80 ℃ (Do not boil), turn off the fire and wait (about 10 min) until it solidifies at room temperature.
*12 drops is about 1ml.
*Please use soy milk (Solid component 12% or more recommended) that can make tofu.
Note
This product can be stored at room temperature even after opening.
This is a undiluted liquid. For drinking as a minerals drink, Dilute with water etc. to drink. Do NOT drink undiluted.
