A invaluable catalogue / guide of 150 Pages on 170 gms silk finish paper with colour illustrations throughout. The book contains references to his likely influences, background, family and business. Trade and Retail (second or third generation) re-produced catalogue pages ( approximately 45) gives an insight into the variety of figures he made, their available colours, names, original prices and sizes.
I have been a collector of Leonardi figures for over 20 years and was frustrated about the lack of information about him, his company and the figures he produced. There is virtually no previously published material about him or his work. The very well respected " Art Deco Complete by Alastair Duncan" does not even mention Leonardi. My book which was almost 6 months in research helps to fill many of the gaps about his highly collectable Art Deco and other figures.
The print costs were high, as indeed are the mailing costs as the A4 book weighs about 800 gms. I have had to reflect these in my costings.
