Q: Do you offer combined shipping if I'm looking to pick up multiple items?
A: Yes! As shipping fees can be pricey depending on your location, I'm more than happy to pack your items in a single package. In order to do this add all the items you wish to order to your shopping cart and then press the "Request Total" button at the top. From there I will send you an updated invoice with the adjusted total.

Q: How will my items be packaged?

A: All bits are clipped from their sprues, and put inside individual bags. Some more delicate bits might come with surrounding sprue still attached in order to protect the part during shipping. From there all your pieces will be securely shipped in a padded, bubble mailer. 

Q: The item I want is not in stock / I would like more than the amount available. Will there be more?

A: YES! I try to keep at least 2 of each bit in stock at the minimum, but after large orders some may be low / unavailable. Check back in a few days, as new parts are likely to come back in stock. If there is a larger amount of a specific bit you are looking for, feel free to message me, as I might be able to gather the ones you need and reserve them for you.
