Wait! It's in the original box? So why isn't it listed as "NEW" like others in the original box? Simple! We believe in honesty. We DO NOT assume and neither should you! Just because something is in the original box, if we did not buy it new, and if we cannot guarantee it has never been out of the box, we DO NOT state "New". To Uncle Waldo, something that has been out of the box is no longer new!
This figurine is part of a collection of items I am selling for the family of someone who has recently passed on... to help them pay their expenses.
It has been part of an enclosed displayed collection since acquired by the former owner.
NOTE: WE ARE NOT EXPERTS ON FIGURINES! If you see something wrong or missing, please email us directly - do not buy then complain later!

This figurine as you see it weighs 1 pound 6 ounces. Wrapped and boxed for undamaged delivery it will be OVER 2 pounds.
If you feel the shipping charge for this weight is unreasonable, rather than complain to me... go right to the source! Feel free to contact the USPS or UPS and ask them what the cost is to ship a 2+ pound package from Florida (34770) to you. If they tell you less, and I can confirm it, I will be happy to accommodate. Oh, and yes, of course... if the seller lives closer to you than I do, shipping will cost less!
HANDLING TIME: This item will be shipped within Two (2) Business Days after receipt of clear payment. If payment is received on Thursday or Friday - it will be shipped the following week.
DELIVERY DATE: This is an eBay generated date. It is NOT stated or guaranteed by the seller or the shipping service. It is an eBay ESTIMATE based on a 'Best Case' scenario. NO RETURNS:
Due to the fragile nature of this figurine, and because in the past we accepted a return on a fragile item but the buyer did not feel the need to carefully wrap it as we did, and it arrived broken. Due to his carelessness his use of a tiny box (not the one we used), the USPS claim was denied and we were out the money after he opened a dispute and eBay refunded the buyer when the tracking shows it was received... not caring it arrived broken due to his carelessness!
This item will be shipped USPS or UPS WITH insurance
If it arrives damaged or broken, please contact the USPS as it was shipped with insurance and the shipper is responsible for any damage that occurs while they have the package.
