Product Name: Sheaffer's name for this product line was Balance II. It was a revival of the Balance pens of the 1930s.

Manufacturer and Year : Sheaffer USA ... they started producing 1990s. Made in the USA.

Filling System: It takes Sheaffer 'K' ballpoint refill,

Is refill supplied? : Pre-fitted with Sheaffer k ballpoint refill, Blue ink

Mechanism: Twist action, 

Color: Black colour barrel with gold plated trim and one cap bands.

Material: Resin body, 22k gold plated trims

Condition: New old stock, never sold or used but the is a small issue with retracting refill. When twist to retract back, refill not going inside right to the end, slightly sticking out, see photos. Apart from this, there is no issues. We acquired these pens from various official Sheaffer sources, and so they did not come with boxes or paperwork.
