This is a footed dish decorated with flower heads around the exterior wall. It is called daisy compote by collectors. The item has issues as described but it is intact and structurally sound. There is one chip and 2-3 smaller ones  along the rim; also an old hairline 1 1/2".  There is some loss of paint along the rim as well.  The item is visually presentable. It is 8 3/4" in diameter and 5" tall.  It is stamped with the early Griffen Smith & Hill mark.
