The waist measures approximately 28 inches with moderate pull on elastic waist band
Inseam measures approximately 30 inches to unfinished cuffs
Condition is used - nice - variety of FLAWS - TEARS on both legs near pockets - several spots of white paint - fabric abrasion on right rear seat - see photos
