Parts or repair!

Laptop will not fully boot up, will go to bios but then will shut itself off.

Says Non-System Disk/Disk error.

Does have hard drive and ram.

Screen,keyboard and mouse in good shape.

Slight ware and tare to laptop housing like scuffs and surface scratches.

Battery doesn’t hold a charge!
