This pretty dress is from Chico's in their size 2 (misses size 12-14).

Fully lined, made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex.  Machine washable.  Pullover style with stretch. 2 buttons at the back of the neck about a short opening.  Skirt has ruched sides. 

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 20 inches across

waist is 17.5 inches across

hips are 18 inches across

sleeves are 3 inches long

length is 47 inches long
