When I was a child more than 40+ years ago my father was in the antique jewelry business. 

From time to time he would come home with different treasures and occasionally he would let me "acquire" them!

 This is a NOS (new old stock) antique/vintage  Oval Limoges Cobalt Blue Background with White Unusual  Face Porcelain Piece..

It says on the back that says, "Limoges. Made in France".

This measures approx. 19 mm x 15 mm (3/4" x just under 5/8").
