PC spring steel magnetic build plate: Different from ender 3, ender 3 pro and ender 3 v2, this new-released FDM 3d printer comes with a removable PC spring steel magnetic build plate. The innovative printing platform is a combination of a PC coating, a spring steel sheet and a magnetic sticker, which sticks to the surface immediately when released. The PC coating brings good adhesion for filament, and the finished models can be easily removed by bending the print sheet.

Silent Motherboard: The mainboard is 4.2.2 version but it is silent mainboard which is different from ender 3 mainboard. This Ender-3 V2 Neo equipped with self-developed silent motherboard, which has stronger anti-interference, faster and more stable motion performance, silent printing and low decibel operation, create a quiet environment.The extruder is upgraded to full-metal extruder, which has greater extrusion force and is more durable, reducing the risk of nozzle blockage.

Preview the Print with New UI: The newly upgraded UI adds a model preview function, making it easier to observe the exact shape.

Smart Add-ons: With the toolbox integrated into the machine body, it is more convenient and quicker for tools organization and storage.

Conditions and Grades

Open Box

Open-box machines are practically new machines. They were:

• Overstock in the other online store and sellers need to get rid of the stock.
• Box damaged in movement and are not saleable as brand new.
• Buyer returned the machine without opening the box

The machines will be opened to verify the package content and all the electronics will be tested for proper functioning. We ensure that all the tools and parts are there and brand new, packaged in original plastic. The outer box may have signs of damage but the content remains new.

Refurbished:

Refurbished Machines were the machines returned to online stores within 30 days of original purchase. The machines are Professionally inspected for issues. The machines are fixed by professionals using genuine parts. All refurbished machines go through Assembly and test print process hence is in perfect working condition.

The machines may see minor usage but mostly in pristine condition. Sometimes Customer does not return parts/tools which are not being sold/supplied by the manufacturer, eg. Alan Keys, SD cards, etc. In such cases, similar or better quality tools will be added to the package. These machines may or may not carry the spare parts and sample spool provided as in brand new machines.

Why you should buy Refurbished?

The refurbished machines go through various levels of testing and all the issues that were found in a new machine are fixed. This adds more reliability and stability to the machine. Moreover, the Refurbished machines are 25-50% cheaper than the brand new ones.

Grade A:	Absolutely no sign of usage
Grade B:	Minor ware, Used Print surface.
Grade C:	Some scratches in body, Used Print surface, nothing to impact printing.
Grade D:	Major scratches in body, Used Print surface, nothing to impact printing.
For Parts:	Non Functional, unknown status. For parts only.

• All item weighing greater than 1 lb will be shipped via UPS and lower weight items are shipped via USPS
• We ship Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 2 days after payment is received for shipment.
• We ship to the 48 Continental US states (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Alaska and Hawaii have different shipping rates hence we are not able to ship for free. You may contact us for shipping estimates to these states
• Buyer is responsible for import fees/tax/duties. We will not mark your purchase as a gift. Please contact your local customs office for costs.
