This predates the Earliest date for any Fillmore Assa postmark, as stated in Kell of OC 19 04 (see pic), making this cover the New ERD. With this postmark only being used for less than 3 years, Fillmore Assa postmarks are Scarce. Assa ERD Covers are Rare.
Bonus: There is an Engraver's slip in the left numeral box on the 2c Edward stamp. A nice plate flaw that adds even more value to this cover.
