Schnabel ophthalmoscope has an open disc with 15 lenses: concave 1-2-3-4-5-8-12 and convex 1-2-3-4-5-6-9-12 diopters.
A large concave mirror and a small tilted mirror can be inserted into a clip.

It has the original condensing biconvex condensing lens for indirect ophthalmoscopy.
