You are bidding on a hand turned MINI SKETCH PENCIL made from Genuine DEER ANTLER. Antler takes a great finish and polishes very well, although it is very hard and brittle, making it one of the most difficult materials to turn and finish. I am now using the Super Glue (CA Glue) finish for all my pens. This type of finish is extremely durable and will help keep your pen safe from water, oil, and the rigors of daily use. It takes a little longer to use this finishing method and costs a little more as well. However, the finish you have on the item when completed, is very similar to an acrylic, and will last the life of the item with no problems. The end cap of this pencil unscrews and doubles as a sharpener for the 3mm lead. The Mini Sketch Pencil is comfortable for any size hand to hold. This item has a ½” diameter at its widest point and is about 4 ½" long.
