This hand painted ceramic haunted house is in very good pre-owned condition. Has some small chipping in a few spots on the house. I took close ups so please look at pictures for details.

There is some residue from tape on the back and where the house sits.

This is a two piece mold. (Base, House)

16 inches wide x 6 inches deep x 14 inches tall.

Has a forward lean by design, it sits on the base fine, but in a household with kids or pets it may be best to secure it.
