Refunds are accepted on a case by case basis only so if you encounter an issue after a sale please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. Items marked NWT will not be eligible for returns if tags are removed.  Items must also be in the exact same condition they were sent to you in order for a refund to be given.

Please don't ask to ship to another address unless you have a really good reason--simply change your address before you pay.  It's easy and avoids trouble with eBay if something goes wrong.
