  • HELMET SIZE: 56-58cm.

  • VENTILATION: There are an amazing 14 CAD air vents for maximum cooling (including 6 rear).

  • MATERIAL: The helmet body is made of EPS foam and the visor/chin guard is made from ABS, giving you an exceptionally lightweight and strong helmet.

  • VISOR/CHIN GUARD SYSTEM: The visor can be easily removed using the screws and can be adjusted with a turn of a screw. Ideal for sun, mud, dust eye protection and aerodynamics, reducing eye fatigue. The helmet can be used with or without the visor attachment. It has a Goggle rail guard to keep your goggles secure while riding.

  • FULLY ADJUSTING SYSTEMS: This AWE BMX/downhill bike helmet has a double D ring to which loosens and tightens so the helmet fits perfectly. The chin pad is fully adjustable.

  • REMOVABLE WASHABLE LINER: All the inner pads are fully removable and washable including the chin strap pad, they are made from high wicking material for quick sweat removal. The soft, delicate to the touch lining prevents the growth of bacteria. Thanks to the removable padding, it’s easier to keep the sweat-proof elements totally clean and fresh, as you can wash them quickly ready for their next use.

  • SAFETY CERTIFIED: All AWE helmets are extensively crash and chemical tested ensuring you or your family’s 100% safety, they are also officially CE EN 1078:2012+A1:2012 tested with a full CE Certificate, unlike many other helmets being sold today. NB: Please ensure your helmet meet this standard it could save your life!

  • AWE 5 YEAR CRASH POLICY: All our helmets come with a 5-year crash helmet replacement policy. The scheme offers the chance to replace your helmet at a discount, proof of purchase is required following a genuine accident resulting in damage to the helmet. Conditions apply. AWE 5 YEAR CRASH REPLACEMENT

The AWE® helmet has been designed to absorb impact damage and shock resulting from the kinetic force of a fall, the helmet may well suffer partial or total destruction, or a fracture or breakage of the shell. Should this unlikely event happen the helmet can no longer be used, even if the surface of the helmet appears to be intact, the helmet for safety reasons should be replaced.

* = AWE Helmets offer a unique 5 year crash replacement policy only on the original helmet purchase, i.e. this is not available on any replacement helmet already discounted as a result of the crash replacement offer. The scheme offers customers the chance to replace their helmet at a 50% discount off their original purchase price, proof of purchase is required. Carriage charges must be paid by the customer and will be advised prior to any replacement.

NB: AWE helmets will only offer the warranty on helmets that have been genuinely crash damaged in a genuine nature and reserve the right to inspect crash damage, any crash replacement helmet will be strictly at the company's discretion only. General wear and tear are not covered by the crash replacement policy. The helmet once replaced will not be subject to any crash replacement policy.
