Your order would be shipped by more than one parcel under two conditions below.

1. the items are overweight or oversize when they are packed together.

2. We have more than one warehouse within United States.Part of the items might be shipped saperately from another warehouse.

There are tracking number for each parcel, but eBay only allow only one tracking code uploaded for one order. you might not get the shipping information in time.Therefore, when you don't get your order completely, please don't worry, and contact me first by eBay message. We will check the situation and respond to you as soon as possible.

Recently the situation becomes more and more severe within United States, which has bad influence on Delivery. Some parcels would suffer delay or failure in delivery. You may contact designated shipping agent to receive notifications on when to expect your deliveries, tell your FedEx driver where to leave packages at your home, and even redirect them to another address. 1. We use the eBay checkout system to collect payment. Paypal, Visa, and MasterCard are the accepted forms of payment. 

2. Immediately payment is required for all transaction.

1. All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days.

2. We will ship out by Fedex or UPS at our discretion.

3. We only ship to 48 continiential states, not including PO box addresses.
