Good - The battery has passed our tests, holding at least 75% of design capacity.

Poor - The battery has failed our tests, holding insufficient charge from its design capacity. The battery either may not hold charge, have a fault or is not present within the laptop.

Failed - The battery is faulty and needs replacement or the battery is not present within the laptop.

One of the most important things we can do when it comes to helping the environment is to buy refurbished instead of new. Every product contains embodied carbon (the carbon emitted in producing it). Purchasing refurbished office furniture or IT equipment helps extend the products’ lifecycle and lower a business’ or individual’s overall carbon footprint.

All IT equipment has been securely wiped of data to the highest standards by our experts using specialist software certified by the National Cyber Security Centre.
