Fifty Cent obsolete currency for an unknown issuer & unknow name that was printed by J Latham in NY 160 Greenwich St which is located in the Manhattan Financial District.  This note is graded AG with 2 pinholes in the eagles wings, pieces missing, small tears, very thing paper.  Interesting add to a collection.
