Hear is a numbered collection figurine made by Hallmark in the year 2000, entitled " Good Times".  It features Snoopy diving into a pool accompanied by Woodstock with friends and Charlie Brown.  Piece is in original box, with certification and is also numbered on the bottom  #16 out of 9587 - so it is one of the first produced.
