We Accept Custom orders for Size, Color, and Design. And size can be a little bit vary due to the handmade process.

The thickness of the rug is 5-7 mm

You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You Can Vacuum or Rub the Spot with a Damp cloth to clean them

The Rugs are sent in a folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. it will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. it will be properly flat.

Jute is not a Synthetic Material, it's a Natural Material and we found it in Indian Ranches, so the color shade and thickness may vary a little. Because it is a natural product and there is a natural difference between jute worms. That's why the combination of any product can also look different.

Actual Products may differ slightly in color due to camera effects and depending upon the screen resolution and design and size slightly varied due to handmade by the weaver.

We gladly accept returns in the case of Damage or Wrong product
