it includes the two water bags for stability. Has water tubes installed for easy setup. The hoses are cloudy on the inside from water.minerals and occasionally kinks.in spots so may need some replacement tubing in spots to avoid kinking in the tubes. The tubes are still in good condition and everything works. No holes. The coating is overall lightly sun faded but in good working condition. Comes with a carry case but the handles on the case are drying out so you may need to use two hands to carry with the case. It fits.in a small case so you could always buy an "inflatable boat bag" to replace the original bag with something of higher quality. So.much fun for the kids.
