This is early BMF mark for high-quality silver-plated Alpacca base metal (so-called "Alpacca-Silber", in English "silver-plated nickel silver")

weight: 68,50 grams

width at the bottom - 4cm

has a little bumps due to the time storage, but has also a really nice patina...
