in near mint condition except the pages 4 and 5 with someones lyrics written in it.

Here are what the lyrics say on page 4 and 5

Ha "Hey Joe"  by Billy Roberts? Hendrix ...That is the closest I can come to a lyricist who played guitar during this year...Oh well I wish
