We do not have the hanging clamp the 2 cross bars are there. The plush animals and balloons are all present and in excellent condition.

They are all marked "Shirt Tales"  &  "Nursery Originals Stow Ohio 1980 1981 HALLMARK CARDS, Inc". If you need these parts here they are or just use the plush animals. they are all in good condition. I will ship the most economical way for your location.
