It comes in original box with original plastic storage sorter tray.

Pop O Matic is complete except for 4 missing Vehicle ID Cards

 which have color copy substitutes - please see these 4 in pictures.

It is taped in 2 places and the plastic is coming off.
However, the box is structurally sound.
