Truck Freight Orders:
                               
  • Pinball Machines, Arcade Games, etc. are  shipped via Freight Carrier on a pallet with curbside delivery.  We will contact you when we  receive the order to confirm all shipping information and to determine if lift gate or residential delivery applies.  If you would like our best shipping rates contact us

International Shipping:

International shipments are handled by Ebay's Global shipping program.  The rates charged by Ebay are quoted directly to you.  We do not have control over these rates.  Orders placed on our website are handled directly by Pinball Pro.  We do not offer International shipping on large items such as arcade and pinball machines.

We do offer 14 day return policy*, if you are unhappy for any reason.  Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer returning the item.

Items must be

  • Returned in clean, undamaged, unused condition
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • RMA Must be issued

*Items shipped via freight are not subject to the return policy.  These items are too large, however any and all issues will be resolved via the manufacturer warranty.  Damages cause by shipment must be documented, do not sign for a truck freight shipment if damage is determined.  At minimum note damages with driver.
