Bottom is marked:

"Special Design For Saudi Arabian Airlines Rosenthal Germany"
    I am guessing this is first class because it is so delicate with gold leaf decoration and trim.

Piece is in excellent condition. There is almost no wear to the gold leaf. There are some very slight nicks and scuffs to the glaze but overall in excellent condition.

   Piece measures approx. 6&7/8 inches wide.
