This came off my 85 Nissan 300zx Turbo I'm parting out.

As shown, it doesn't have the spring, it's only the regulator arms.

It has normal wear, on it for it's age, and as such it will have wear on the plastic roller clips.

It should fit years 84-89 as well. It's up to the buyer to confirm fitment independently prior to purchase. Make sure it is what you need, there's no returns, or warranty.
