This pretty dress is from Carmen Marc Valvo in a misses size 4.  Rich texture in royal purple. Made of polyester. 

Has an A line fit with back zipper. The fabric content tag was removed.  This was a factory sample.  

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 17.5 inches across

waist is 15 inches across

hips are 20.5 inches across

length is 39.5 inches long
